Please try changing your IP address by either restarting your router (doesn’t work for all internet service providers) or using a VPN.
You may want to increase your MS in app to avoid getting ip limited again.
It’s just a limitation meaning it will be lifted with time, the more you’ve been ip limited, the longer you’ll have to wait.
